SkyHigh Memory Gen3 ML-3 NAND Flash
SkyHigh Memory, ML-3 ONFI 1.0 SLC NAND Flash is a 3V single-level cell device in 1Gb and 8Gb densities. These devices are designed using 1xnm technology. ML-3 ONFI 1.0 SLC NAND flash is optimized for high reliability systems that store critical data and operate at extended temperatures up to +105°C. With its ECC engine, the ML-3 product family can support chipsets down to a 1-bit ECC engine to accommodate legacy chipsets and modern chipsets with higher ECC engines. The ML-3 product family also offers a variety of security features to protect sensitive boot code, system firmware and application integrity from malware. The ML-3 product family of devices is ideal for high reliability and security applications, industrial controls, networking equipment, IoT applications and set-top boxes.
ML-3 SLC NAND flash devices offer volatile and permanent block protection methods. With volatile block protection, the entire memory content is protected. In this method, the protection parameter settings are variable. With permanent block protection, protection parameter settings are permanent and programmed only once during the life of the product. Up to 64Mb can be permanently protected.
