Renesas Electronics ZSSC3281 / ZSSC3015NA1C Resistive Sensor Signal Conditioner (SSC) IC is optimized for highly accurate amplification, digitization, and sensor-specific correction of sensor signals. The ZSSC3281 is suitable for use in bridge and half-bridge sensors as well as external voltage source elements and single-element sensors powered by on-chip current sources. Digital compensation for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature drift, and nonlinearity is accomplished through a 32-bit-based math core that runs a correction algorithm with calibration coefficients stored in nonvolatile, reprogrammable memory. With the programmable integrated sensor front end, the application sensor can be optimized for various applications.
ZSSC3281 provides measurement value reading and programming functions through I2C, SPI or single-wire interface. The SSC also supports absolute and ratiometric voltage, current loop or interrupt outputs.

Renesas Electronics ZSSC3281 Resistive Sensor Signal Conditioning IC is packaged in a 5.0mm x 5.0mm QFN-40 package. The device is also available as die on 304µm or 725µm wafers, with or without conduction.
