STM ASM330LHB Automotive Inertial Module
The STM ASM330LHB high-precision automotive 6-axis inertial module is a system-in-package integrating a 3-axis digital accelerometer and a 3-axis digital gyroscope. An ISO26262:2018 certified safety manual and software library are provided to support application development using the ASM330LHB and meeting ASIL-B requirements.

The STM ASM330LHB is AEC-Q100 qualified and industrialized with a dedicated MEMS production process to meet automotive reliability standards. All components are fully temperature tested to guarantee the highest quality. The sensing element is fabricated using ST's proprietary micromachining process. At the same time, the IC interface is designed using CMOS technology, allowing the design of dedicated circuits, trimmed to better match the properties of the sensing element.

The ASM330LHB includes full-scale acceleration ranges of ±2/±4/±8/±16g and wide angular rate ranges of ±125/±250/±500/±1000/±2000/±4000dps, allowing it to be used in a wide range of automotive applications . The device supports dual operating modes, high-performance mode, and low-power mode. All design elements of the ASM330LHB have been optimized for excellent output stability, very low noise, and complete data synchronization to benefit sensor-assisted applications such as dead reckoning and sensor fusion.

The ASM330LHB is available in a 14-pin plastic land grid array (LGA) package with an extended temperature range up to +105°C.
