The Ansenmey NCV12711 current mode PWM controller is a fixed frequency peak current mode device that provides all the features required to implement a single ended power converter topology. The working voltage range of NCV12711 is 4V to 45V, without auxiliary winding, and it can work within its thermal performance range. NCV12711 includes a programmable oscillator with a working frequency range of 100kHz to 1MHz, and integrates slope compensation function to prevent subharmonic oscillation.
The current mode PWM controller of ANSYME NCV12711 integrates programmable soft start, input voltage UVLO protection and over power protection (OPP) circuits, which can limit the total power capacity of the circuit when the input voltage increases. In addition, NCV12711 also has a complete set of protection features, including cycle by cycle peak current limit with smooth frequency increase and overload protection based on timer. All protection features place the controller in low static failure mode, with 1s automatic recovery cycle, and enable the system to recover when the failure is eliminated.
