NXP Semiconductors S32K3 Automotive General Purpose MCUs are Cortex-M7 based scalable 32-bit MCUs with single-step, double-step and lock-step core configurations supporting ASIL B/D safety applications. NXP Semiconductors S32K3 includes a Hardware Security Engine (HSE) with NXP firmware, which supports firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates, and a free ISO 26262 compliant real-time driver (RTD) for AUTOSAR.
NXP Semiconductors automotive general-purpose MCUs are available in a MaxQFP package that reduces package size by up to 55% compared to standard QFP packages.
