Alliance Memory eMMC Devices
Alliance Memory eMMC devices integrate NAND flash and eMMC controller and Flash Translation Layer (FTL) management software in a single package. These devices speed up product development, shorten time-to-market and save space by eliminating the need for an external controller. The embedded multimedia card device supports the eMMC/JEDEC 5.1 standard and is backward compatible with eMMC versions 4.5 and 5.0. These devices are available in a 11.5mm x 13mm 153ball FBGA package. Embedded Multimedia Card (eMMC) devices feature up to 200MHz MMC I/F clock frequency, up to 52MHz MMC I/F boot frequency and programmable bus width. These devices operate over a temperature range of -40°C to -85°C, supply voltages from 2.7V to 3.6V (for NAND flash), and supply voltages from 1.7V to 1.95V or 2.7V to 3.6V.
