The ABLIC S-19720 automotive voltage tracker utilizes high withstand voltage CMOS process technology and low current consumption. The S-19720 operates at a maximum voltage of 36V and consumes current as low as 3µA, reducing standby current. Due to the internal phase compensation circuit, the device is very stable, so users can use low ESR ceramic capacitors as output capacitors. The S-19720 incorporates an overcurrent protection circuit that prevents the load current from exceeding the current capacity of the output transistor, and a thermal shutdown circuit that prevents damage due to overheating. Due to the built-in reverse current protection function, the reverse current flow from the VOUT pin to the V IN pin can be controlled at -5mA. This feature eliminates the need for external protection diodes.

The ABLIC S-19720 voltage tracker is available in HSNT-6(2025) and SOT-23-5 package options and is ideal for space-constrained applications. Both variants are AEC-Q100 qualified and can be used in automotive applications.
